Partnership for Digital Change: DSwiss & A-Trust make Document Processes fit for the Future

As the digitisation of document processes continues to advance, digital signature processes are also becoming increasingly important – especially in regulated industries such as finance and administration. At the same time, there are growing demands for security, user-friendliness and – in connection with the constantly changing regulatory landscape – legal compliance of digital solutions. It is precisely this intersection of challenges that the new partnership between DSwiss and the Austrian company A-Trust GmbH addresses.
Partnership for Digital Transformation
As part of the partnership between the two leading providers of digital security solutions, DSwiss has integrated A-Trust's qualified electronic signature (QES) directly into the SecureExchange cloud platform. The aim of the integration? A fully digital, media-break-free and eIDAS-compliant solution for sensitive document processes.
‘With A-Trust, we have a highly specialised partner at our side that enables us to implement an important functional enhancement in a particularly sensitive area of application,’ says Alexander Sommer, CEO of DSwiss.
End-to-end signature processes for sensitive documents
The partnership creates significant added value for customers in highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance and public institutions: documents no longer have to leave the secure environment of SecureExchange for signing, which not only reduces security risks in the process, but also significantly improves its efficiency and user-friendliness. With QES in accordance with eIDAS standards, the integration also creates a legally compliant basis for digital signature processes that is recognised throughout Europe. The integration is used, for example, for concluding contracts in the banking sector, declarations of consent in insurance companies and document approvals in public administrations.
Signing without Data Leakage
The integration is technically implemented via an API connection: documents are signed directly in SecureExchange in a legally valid and digital manner. A-Trust processes only cryptographic hash values, ensuring that sensitive content remains within the highly secure environment of SecureExchange. Dr Markus Vesely, CEO of A-Trust, emphasises: ‘DSwiss brings years of experience and a deep understanding of digital security in regulated markets. Together, we enable legally compliant signatures directly where confidential documents are created.’
