Your application will be reviewed and evaluated by our HR department, and you will be promptly informed about the next steps. If your profile fits the position, you will receive an invitation for an initial online interview.
During the first online interview, we will cover the position in further detail and determine together whether your profile matches the role and vice versa.
If the online interview goes well for all parties, we will schedule a face-to-face interview at DSwiss. This takes place in a pleasant and easy-going atmosphere with the aim of finding out more about you, your experience and your skills.
Depending on the role, more in-depth interviews with case studies and/or taster days may be arranged.
