Application process

Your application will be reviewed and evaluated by our HR department. We will quickly inform you of the next steps in the process. If you're a good fit for the position, you will receive an invitation for an initial online interview.

During this online interview, we will provide more information on the position and determine whether you're a good fit for our company - and vice versa.

If the online interview goes well, we'll arrange for a personal interview at DSwiss. This interview - whose goal is to learn more about you, your skills, and your experience - is casual and laid-back.

Depending on the position, it may also be necessary to arrange more in-depth interviews with case studies and/or trial days.
